Great work on your archive Group 1 did something similar drawing from our work in throughout the semester to create a mock website using wordpress. Listing citations might be a good way to add to what you did here. That way people can see more of where your ideas came from and how to get more information. Listing sites as references as you did is great though.
ReplyDeleteI liked your site. Like Chris said above, we did something similar for our group project. I see you used wix.com to create it. What did you think of the tool? Is it something you'd suggest others try? I like the one page summaries available with each section.

DeleteI like wix. You can edit color, background and font for free. It is easy to learn too. But it does not have some blog functions like Wordpress does (based on my experience with wix).

ReplyDeleteI can see that you put effort into designing a site that is easy to follow and provides solid informaiton. I like the addition of your papers under most of the tabs. You may want to use a PDF format if you do this again. I just completed by first webpage for another class. Having worked with Ben and Chris on Word Press helped. I liked it because several people could be working at the same time.

Great comments on how to be successful in the class. I think, as you mentioned, it is a combination of being organized and being a good group member. Ironically, if you are being organized it helps in being a better team member. I thought insight to dividing up the work and communicating was excellent. Sounds like you had a great working relationship.

Nice job on your e-Archive ladies! The Wix web tool is a great option for a simple and clean presentation (we used it as well). Your e-Archive was easy to follow. The separate tabs for each assignment was the perfect way to give the reader a clear overview of each topic. I also liked you included a link to your papers in case the reader wanted more information about a particular item. Using actual photos of the educators was a nice touch as well!

Hi Group 3! I like how you used wix too! I just happened to see a commercial about wix and thought it would be useful for this purpose!:) I liked that your E-archive page was well organized and easy to follow. I appreciate all the hard work you did and it presented well.
